Observations                         

1)   Most of the schools conducting school  assembly as a manner of Academic Calendar Vandematharam, Maa Telugu Talli  pledge-Proverb-Poem-Todays,  New National Anthem in the presence of Teacher.
2.   50%  Schools of maintaining  cleaning school and class room.
3.   75% of visiting schools are  comes under  B + grade
4.   Radio Lessons maintaining 90% of school
5.   Uniforms, NT Books  were  distributed  by most  of the schools
6.   SMC Meeting conducted in  by monthly.
7.    Utilize the  community participation (Note Books-Pens-Pencils-Tie Belts-ID  cards-MDM Plate) only 15 % of schools in academic achievements

1.   Teacher sand pupils participates  is poor in conducting school Assembly
2.   Not maintaining all mannerisms in conducting  school assembly

1.   Most of the Schools are maintaining all types of registers
2.   Most of the teachers have not gone to  houses of children who are long
          obscenities  for propaganda
3.   MDM Registers and Food Committee registers are maintaining properly

1.   Movement registers are  only meant for office work, not for  personnel work
2.   For MDM 5 registers must maintained
3.   Only SSA Supplied registers were utilized  for CCE (Continuous comprehensive evaluation ) marks

1. Most of the schools having adequate class rooms
2. Most of the schools having Drinking Water and  Toilet facility
3. 50%  Schools are having kitchen sheds
4. Electricity  is available in all schools
5. In some schools furniture is available
6. 70% of schools are not having compound walls
7. In some schools public participation is very good for providing infrastructure
8. In most of the primary schools play ground is not available
Special Features of Samkalpam Team Observations

1.   In some schools physical facilities, infrastructure, cleanliness and sanitation, Drinking water facility, MDM, NT Books, Quality Education, Class Room observations, Grants utilization, Public involvement, Physical Education, ART & Culture, Annual Day  and National  Festivals, Interaction  with the children and parents, Utilization of TLM, Computer Education are Good.
2.   In some schools  School Bank is conducting by the students
3.   In some schools  Neutrious Food were supplied by the donors  twice in a week
4.   New Civil Dresses were supplied by the donors to poor students
5.   Under Ground Drainage System
6.   150 patriotic songs , English Rhymes, Telugu Rhymes  were collected  in a CD.
7.   In some schools TV lessons  are  very useful and effectively maintained
